The Book

Training Excellence: inspiring impact is the book which gives the complete story on Training Excellence - what it is, how it works, and how it can be a powerful tool in transforming training organisations’ operations.  You can buy the book to better understand the framework and learn from its thinking for your own training organisation, or to better understand how we work if you want to work with us on improvement.

The book is 64 pages long and contains all of the key detail of the Training Excellence Improvement Framework.  After a description of the Principles of Training Excellence, it explains how they are applied through the Business Perspectives of Organisation, Capability and Performance to develop the robust improvement framework we use to assess training organisations’ operations. The IDEAL Maturity Framework is described in full, with the scoring grids we use to shape our assessment decision-making.  Finally, the book rounds off with comprehensive guidance on each Indicator within the Improvement Framework, and the links between them.
